These are our TOS:

⁍ All transactions are final, no refunds are possible. We are not responsible for errors on your end, please read instructions carefully on page.

⁍ Make sure you verify the balance before attempting to use, plan ahead. By calling the location for balance inquiry, their automated phone number, or their website, ask if you're unsure.

⁍ Exchanges only within SAME DAY ONLY (for bad balances only, no buyers mistakes / remorse)

⁍ You are responsible on verifying if the merchant accepts e-gift cards. No replacement will be issued if your codes are refused by the cashier.

⁍ If we have ANY reason to believe you might be lying to us, we have the right to refuse to replace your item. Get your story straight the first time!
